Animation Tutor

**Fixed Term - Part-time (0.5 FTE)**
**Feb to Dec 2026**

We’re looking for an experienced **Animation Tutor** to join our Digital Media & Design team. This is a great opportunity to help shape the next generation of animators through hands-on teaching, studio practice, and curriculum development.

You’ll bring strong expertise in **After Effects**, **Blender**, or similar tools, with advanced skills in **2D and 3D animation**, **character animation**, and the **3D production pipeline** (rigging, lighting, texturing, rendering).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver curriculum for Motion Graphics, Stop Motion, and Animation courses (Levels 5-6)
- Support student projects across the Bachelor of Creative degree (up to Level 7)
- Collaborate with tutors in open studio classes
- Complete assessment, moderation, and results reporting
- Provide input on animation courses delivered in China

**Qualifications**:

- **Preferred**: Master’s in design (Animation focus, Level 9)
- **Minimum**: Bachelor’s degree with Honours (Level 8)
