Have you had recent experience in a similar retail environment?

New World Metro is looking for a Fresh Foods Team member. This unique role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering great customer experiences and is looking to develop their retail, leadership and commercial skills in a fun, warm and friendly team environment.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Ensuring the shop is full and appealing throughout the hours of trade.
- Ensure product range, quality and pricing/promotional mix is tailored to the season and our community's needs.
- Work along the Department manager and making sure the key areas are looked after.
- Meet food safety requirements.
- Calm under pressure.
- Multitasking, working without supervision, and walk the talk will be your primary attributes.
- Not afraid of physical work.
- A willingness to learn.
- A positive, friendly, can-do attitude
