As Full-time Concierge Team Member, you will support the wider Commercial Bay Concierge department and be the face of the brand, integral in delivering a world-class experience for all customers

**The Role**:
- This role is 40 hours per week and you must have availability to work at least 1 weekend day
- Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times
- Communicating and assisting a wide range of customers and retailers with any questions or queries they might have
- Being in close contact with the centre management team, retailers, clients, security and cleaning teams within the establishment
- Maintain a clean, safe and FUN working environment
**You will have**:
- A strong background in customer-facing retail or hospitality and a passion for the industry
- Ability to run a help desk in a fast-paced environment
- Strong confidence in communicating with a variety of customers
- Fun, outgoing & confident personality, you are a people person
- Excellent personal presentation and an articulate communicator
- Fast and effective problem solver - nothing gets you flustered
- In-depth knowledge of Auckland restaurants and activities
- Proactive & self-motivated with fine attention to detail
