Seafood Manager

As a Seafood department manager, you’ll play an integral role in leading a small team and ensuring we deliver a great shopping experience for our customers.

**The Role**
- Managing Buying/Stocktaking
- Ensure a range of high-quality products are available for our customers
- Lead and develop a successful team
- Deliver on budgets and targets
- Maintain a safe working environment
- Ensure all Food Safety requirements are met

**Key Skills and Attributes**
- Prior experience in the food or retail industry an advantage
- Previous experience managing or supervising teams
- SAP experience an advantage, but full training will be given
- A positive attitude and great communication skills
- A passion for quality customer service
- The ability to understand costings/GP’s
- A passion for seafood and a good eye for quality and presentation
