Access Partners in Property is looking for a Building Wash / Ground Crew Supervisor to join our team in Auckland.

**About the role**

As the Building Wash Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians in the exterior cleaning of buildings, windows, gutters, roofs, and more. You will also be responsible for operating various elevated work platforms and ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.

**About you**

We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:

- Proven experience in job or project management within a trades industry
- Extensive experience in exterior building cleaning
- 2+ years of experience leading teams and supervising people (ideal)
- Ability to motivate and lead teams from the front
- Goal and target driven, strong ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and time management skills
- Site Safe Passport, Working at Heights, and EWP License (ideal)
- Reliable, honest, and self-motivated
- Strong health and safety focus
- Full driver licence
