We’re L’affare. The coffee business. Ever since 1990. We were born out of a love for espresso, in Wellington at our café and HQ. 33 years later, we’re still there on College Street.

Our people make us who we are today. We’re a mixed bunch of creative, industrious, adventurous humans, all with a great love for serving NZ the freshest and best coffee possible.

We need someone who is hospitable, engaged in building relationships with our customers, and confident in working on the floor and holding their own. If you have barista skills or keen to learn that will be a bonus and complement our tight-knit team. If you understand great customer service and have a love for coffee, then we want to hear from you

This position will require weekend work.
