As a **Dealer Administrator**, you'll be an integral team member of our dealership’s financial operations. You'll manage critical administration tasks like daily banking, purchase orders, accounts payable/receivable, and gross profit reporting for vehicle deals.
We’re looking for someone who can handle the pressure, especially during month-end close, and who will thrive in a role where no two days are the same.
**You will**:
- Manage daily banking, reconciliations, and vehicle registrations
- Processing purchase orders, accounts payable, and receivable
- Ensuring all vehicle deal packs are processed accurately and on time
- Collaborating with various teams, including Sales, Finance, and Aftersales, to ensure seamless operations
- Maintaining accurate financial compliance and internal controls
