The award winning Luxe Spa at the Pullman, Health & Fitness Centre_ _offers a full wellness service complex, with facilities including six New Zealand inspired treatment rooms, a fully equipped Fitness Centre, 25-metre heated swimming pool with retracting ceiling, spa, sauna and steam rooms - the perfect urban sanctuary.

Reporting to the Spa Manager, you are the first impression that our guests will have as they enter the spa and fitness centre. You will provide a warm welcome on the arrival as well as farewell of all Spa clients, Hotel guests and Gym members. You will love working as part of a talented & passionate team that is all about creating memorable experiences.

**You key responsibilities will include**:

- Assist all visitors to the Luxe Spa at the Pullman and fitness centre, each time delivering an amazing guest service experience
- Manage inquiries & treatment bookings
- Upsell products and services, effectively providing solutions to meet the needs of our guests
- Ensure this outlet is kept immaculate at all times - including gym & pool areas and treatment rooms.

Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, you also have:

- Proven experience in either a guest service, beauty or fitness environment
- Exceptional personal presentation
- Articulate communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks at any given time
- The ability to work rostered shifts across a 7 day roster, including early mornings.
- Be able to work
- 5.45am - 2.15pm and
- 1.45pm - 10.15pm
