**What does the Branch Manager do?**

Our Branch Managers are people leaders. They are recognised for imbedding a high-performance culture, fostering strong relationships with current and prospective customers, suppliers, and the wider Corys network. Wearers of many hats our Branch Managers multitask with ease, led successful teams, monitor, and manage operating costs, develop in-depth product knowledge, and keep a close eye on opportunities and changes in our competitive market all in the pursuit of growing sales

**What do you need to bring to Corys?**

Your passion We want you to bring passion and energy to your role every day. You will be excited by the opportunity to get out in front of customers, get to know them and their needs, and present them with solutions and products that highlight exactly why Corys is the leading Electrical Wholesaler

Your excellent leadership skills, previous experience leading a team/running a branch, along with your keen hunger to take this role to the next level will see you stand out, but it’s your ability to influence, adapt your approach, communicate effectively, understand the bigger picture, and consistently put your best foot forward when representing the business that will see you succeed as our newest Branch Manager.

Experience in a trade environment or wholesale environment will get you off to a flying start, but it is not essential.
