We are looking for a highly capable individual to join our Grocery department as a Night Fill Supervisor in charge of our night team of 14-16 staff with key responsibilities including.

**Key duties**
- Managing and Measuring workload and productivity for staff each night
- Monitoring staff movements and activities regularly and articulating instructions constantly
- Ensure all assigned work is finished at the end of each shift and accuracy of filling is supervised
- Monitoring and Supervising team objectives
- Set Rosters and Wage Budgets with Department Manager and work inside these
- Ensure the safety of all staff by following the company polices and Health & Safety programme etc.

**Minimum Guaranteed hours**: 40 hours per week

We are looking for a person with relevant skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
