72 hours per fortnight (0.90 FTE)

The EngAGE Team Leader provides day to day clinical leadership, operational management, service improvement and strategic planning for the EngAGE Community Allied Health service.

The EngAGE Team Leader is responsible for coaching 20+ direct reports to meet their full potential, as well as ensuring a focus on safety and quality related to care. The role includes recruitment, staff management and workforce development.

The role is responsible for the implementation of new projects. The EngAGE Team Leader will demonstrate a commitment to upholding Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles, and ensuring equitable outcomes for Māori and Pasifika.
