We are seeking a Store Manager to lead the customer service team at one of NZ’s most iconic women’s fashion brands. You will play a vital role in leading and coaching your team towards success and delivering incredible experiences and magical moments for our customers. Working closely with your Regional Manager, you will use your proven skills to drive KPI’s and find opportunities for growth. If you are an ambitious and high performing self-starter with a flair for retail and a passion for coaching others to reach their full potential, this could be the perfect role for you and the first step towards a long term and fulfilling career with a leader in NZ woman’s fashion.

**Key job requirements and skills**
- A confident leader: working alongside the Regional Manager to motivate, coach and inspire a high performing team.
- Experience in driving sales and store KPI’s, with a strategic approach to problem solving.
- Friendly and approachable with a positive energy, always leading by example.
- Great time management and organisational skills with an ability to delegate and prioritise.
- Proven customer service skills, offering our customers a positive and unique in-store experience.
- Provides ongoing coaching and encouragement to your team.
- Ability to manage monthly rosters, ensuring they are costed within budget.
- A drive to succeed and grow with a leading NZ fashion retailer
