With a growing client base, we are seeking to expanding our IT Solutions team located in our Auckland, New Zealand office. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced ICT Level 2 desktop support administrator to join our team. With a minimum of 3 years' experience supporting end use devices in a face-to-face environment, you will have exceptional communication skills and a level of proactivity to get to the root cause of complex issues. Must have advanced Windows 10 and 11 enterprise troubleshooting, hands on with Autopilot/Intune, indepth knowledge of Azure, M365 Apps with experience in PowerShell scripting. You will be someone who is approachable, positive, and enjoys providing a high level of customer service.
