We are a high-growth B2B2C SaaS company that has developed a platform to create, customize, and manage beautiful apps. Today, our mobile and TV apps are not only beautifully designed and feature rich, but are created and launched at a fraction of the time and cost it normally takes.

To support our ambitious growth objectives, in this newly created role, you’ll be working in a cross-functional team alongside the founders, Product Manager, UX designer, CS team, and Engineers to help us develop market-leading product features.

**Who are we looking for?**

You’ll be a person who advocates design thinking and the latest design practices, has an eye for clean and modern design, with a passion for creating beautiful, intuitive experiences that make measurable differences to business objectives.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Evangelise and continuously grow our design craft, thinking, practice, processes, and capabilities
- Champion a design system to help create consistent products, developing standards and guidelines
- Work in partnership with Product Manager and engineering to define the design direction and vision for our products
- Keep on top of and share emerging industry UX trends with the team
- Mentor other UX designers, offering design critique, sharing domain knowledge, and helping others develop their skills and expertise
- Confidently conduct user research activities, including both generative and evaluative to influence roadmap and design decisions, identify pain points and opportunities, and enable a deeper understanding of customers’ needs
- Collaborate in a team to define and deliver simple, intuitive, and delightful user experiences that support business objectives
- Execute all visual design stages:

- Deliver insights, problem articulation, user journey and experience mapping, personas
- Turn visions into concepts, and then translate them into designs
- Lead efforts to define interactions, create wireframes, prototypes, and designs
- Communicate design ideas to developers

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Product Designer for a software company
- Mastery of the entire design process from uncovering customer needs to executing elegant interfaces
- Expert skills using the latest design and prototyping tools
- Demonstrated ability to communicate (verbally and visually) ideas, and designs clearly
- Great time-management skills
