**Position: Waiter**

Job duties:

- Set up and arrange tables
- Greet customers and escort customers to their tables
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)
- Inform customers about the days specials
- Offer menu recommendations upon request
- Up-sell additional products when appropriate
- Take accurate food and drinks orders
- Place customers orders in the kitchen
- Check dishes for cleanliness and presentation
- Deliver meals and beverages to tables
- Maintain a tidy dining area
- Collect payments
- Clear tables, carry dirty plates and glasses to kitchen for cleaning
- Meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu
- Follow all relevant health and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service
- Any other duties the employer reasonably may require employee to perform

Pay rate: minimum $23.00/ hour maximum $25.00/ hour

Guaranteed hours of work per week: Minimum 30 hours

Requirements for the job:

- 6 months of relevant work experience is required
- Be physically fit
- Full time availability, roster in 7 days, may work in evenings and during weekends
- No criminal record
