We leverage technology to deliver these services through our website, mobile apps and over the phone.

In the Senior Software Developer role, you will:

- Contribute directly to the outcomes the teams deliver in each sprint
- Provide mentoring and/or coaching to others
- Take part in and lead peer reviews
- Collaborate with our product and business teams to ensure we deliver the right thing the right way
- Write automated unit/integration tests
- Contribute to system documentation
- Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Attend and contribute to team ceremonies
- Identify, articulate and help pay back technical debt

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, the following skills/experience are required:

- Agile mindset and willingness to foster a culture of continuous improvement in the team and wider sphere of influence

- Good understanding of the SDLC with emphasis on Lean/Agile principles
