**About the role**

**This is a permanent full time position, rostered 40 hours over 5 days a week with no late nights so there is a good work/life balance.**

Essential skills include:

- A NZ qualified Pharmacist with current APC.
- At least 3 years' experience in a pharmacy environment.
- Be able and competent to practice sole charge and leading a team of 7.
- Understand and implement key KPI's to run a successful dispensary business.
- Understand the legislation requirements of the dispensary.
- Strive to meet and greet your customers to create an engaging experience.
- Motivated and dedicated to continual improvement of self and the business.
- A highly motivated, enthusiastic people person with strong retail and sales confidence.
- Ideally be trained in vaccinations, ECP, Trimethoprim and Sildenafil.
