As a health, beauty and wellness retailer, our instore teams demonstrate the values and commitment to provide the best retail experience to all our customers. With exciting promotions, exclusive events, new product releases and training programmes you will be inspired, encouraged and equipped to develop new initiatives for your service.

In this role as a Estee Lauder Counter Manager you will be expected to maintain and look after the Counter as well as provide friendly and professional advice to all our existing and new clients. Ideally you will be confident in talking about the products and be able to make great recommendations to clients based on their needs. This role requires somebody who is friendly, professional and is dedicated to making our clients feel welcome upon coming into the store and when they leave.

We are looking for a sales superstar who has a passion for the beauty industry, someone who shows good communication skill with a real can do attitude. This is a fast paced environment so you will need to have the ability to work under pressure with perseverance and motivation.

**This is a Permanent full time position, 30-40 hours across 4 or 5 days Monday to Sunday. This may include weekend days.**

**What we are looking for**
- Current counter manager / experience essential
- A passion for beauty with desire to succeed and grow the counter.
- A great sales ability in order to met set targets.
- Customer Focused, able to develop relationships with customers
- A flair for beauty initiatives and running promotions.
- Proven track record for meeting targets
- Excellent communication skills and a high standard of presentation.
- Make up and skin care knowledge would be a bonus.
- Must be a team player and organised.

Within our team we also need a flexible person who is happy to help out with other brands and general pharmacy sales and advice.
