We are seeking four reliable and dedicated Food Process Workers to join our team. As a Food Process Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient production of our food products.
**Job Title**: Food Process Worker
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Location**: Hamilton
**Roster between Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
**Key Responsibilities**:
Weighing, measuring, mixing, dissolving and boiling ingredients. Adding fillings, such as pork, beef, chicken, vegetables, and seafood, to steamed buns and dumplings. Preparing shaomai fillings. Operating heating, chilling, and freezing equipment. Monitoring product quality before packaging by inspecting, taking samples, and adjusting treatment conditions when necessary. Cleaning equipment, pumps, hoses, storage tanks, vessels, and floors, and maintaining infestation control programs. Moving products from production lines into storage and shipping areas. Packaging products.
**Key Requirements**:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets. Good communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to comply with food safety guidelines and procedures. Complying with Health and Safety Procedures.
