**ACC Clinical Key Worker**

**Permanent 1.0 FTE - will consider variable FTE or job share**

**About the Role**
The role will be part of the ACC and Non Resident Business Team, yet be mobile across the medical and surgical inpatient wards, engaging with multi disciplines to ensure a high standard and consistent approach to ACC and Non Resident workflows are applied and undertaken.
This role will be expected to:
- Clinically coordinate ACC and Non Resident workflows
- Identify and facilitate inpatients who have an ACC or Non Resident related event/visit
- Ensures all documentation is completed to support patients
- Facilitate staff education and
- Deliver high quality, patient focused service with an emphasis on maximising entitlements
**About You**
You will be an experienced registered health professional who has a passion for ensuring our patients receive what they need. You will have experience with ACC and Non Resident work flows and legislation and be effective at coordinating and liaising between multiple teams.
