We are seeking an experienced retail professional to lead our Henderson and Newmarket teams as a Multi Store Manager. You will be working in a high-end retail work environments located in Henderson and Broadway Newmarket, surrounded by modern technology and you must be a natural people person, enjoy engaging with customers and be passionate about supporting our customers and all people who want to live a smoke free life. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will have a reputation for high standards of presentation and performance, combined with your strong personal values of honesty, reliability, dedicated customer service and staff management.

You will be a quick learner with the skill set and experience to communicate effectively with customers / staff, handle inventory rotation, develop sound product knowledge and deliver outstanding customer service amongst various other tasks.

Ideally you will have previous retail store management experience although full training will be provided. Vape Merchant has a proven track record of opening successful retail stores & our continued expansion provides ongoing opportunities of progression within the business. Our staff development program looks to promote our capable team members from within.

You must be available to work during our standard operating hours. This includes weekends. From time to time, you may also be required to work outside of standard operating hours.
