**About the Company**:
Niuniu Limited has been involving in the residential and commercial decoration industry. Due to business growth, we are currently looking for 1 decoration labourer to assist our director/LBP to perform a variety of tasks associated with painting, tiling, carpentry and other interior decorating projects. This is a permanent full-time role with an immediate start date. You will be paid at reasonable market rate.

**Job duties include, but are not limited to the following**:

- To prepare construction sites, materials and tools.
- To load and unload building and construction materials, tools and equipment
- To remove debris, rubbish and dangerous materials from construction sites
- To mix, pour and spread materials such as plaster
- To perform general duties, such as cleaning and protecting all furnishings and building materials before and during painting job
- To work with other construction professionals, internal or external to finish the job
- To assist and collaborate with other professional painters on larger jobs
- To assist other contractors as required, e.g., scaffolders, carpenters, etc.
- To assist with removing or installing fixtures such as toilets, wash basins and assemble prefabricated furniture and fixtures
- To take other relevant duties as required by site manager/LBP

***Job requirements**:

- No formal qualification is required, any certificate or experience is a bonus
- On job training will be provided
- Be able to work independently as well as a team
- Be able to work under pressure
- Be physically fit
- Be reliable and hardworking
- Be well organised and capable of mult-tasking
- Be willing to work during weekends if required

**Working Place, hours, Wages level**
- Working in assigned construction sites in Auckland
- Weekly Hours: You will be paid at actual hours however we guarantee minimum 30 hours and maximum 48 hours
- Remuneration: Great market driven rates on experience, hour rate $30-$32
