Both our Hotels are at the top of their ladders with SkyCity Hotel being 4.5 stars and Grand Hotel at 5 stars. With the properties being situated in a prime location, up front and centre in our business. We attract many customers from all around the world to stay and play. Soaking in the city atmosphere and night lights from our spacious and modern rooms. It's a good reason to escape into the city to have some fun.

**A bit about you**

Your attention for detail will be right up there as well as your customer service skills. Travelling onto each floor and into each room, no doubt you'll have plenty of passing customers interested in your Mini Bar trolley and in demand for more goodies. Quick on your feet and proactive is what you'll be to audit each room efficiently. Especially when the front desk team makes any urgent requests during guest checkouts. This is great role to get into which plays an important part in the Hotel's success.
- Excellent customer service and strong communication skills
- Be physically fit and able to be on your feet for extended periods of time
- Able to work between approximately 8:00am to 16:30pm
- Flexible to work through the week (Monday to Sunday)
