**Your opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity for **1 x part time **and **1 x full time **Valet Parking attendants to join the team at Westfield Newmarket. This living destination is considered one of our premium assets and has set a new benchmark as a world-class retail and lifestyle destination. The centre showcases a compelling mix of local and international fashion designers, new-to-market brands as well as some of the most well-known fashion brands in NZ and Australia, solidifying Westfield Newmarket as the “home of luxury” for NZ.

**Your key accountabilities will include**:

- Providing assistance, directions and information to customers in a busy retail environment
- Assisting with parking vehicles coming through valet
- Opening car doors and assisting guests alighting from their vehicle
- Ensuring our customers are left with an amazing experience when entering and leaving the centre
- Being empowered to rectify and resolve customer issues that may arise

You’ll be a passionate, innovative and a customer-obsessed superstar who enjoys working in a high performing culture. You will be able to demonstrate:

- Previous work experience in a customer facing role ideally from hotel or guest services
- Experience interacting with customers from all backgrounds and an ability to achieve a high level of service that consistently meets and exceeds the expectations of our customers
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability to work multiple shifts in a week (Sun - Thurs full days for full time and Mon / Tues / Fri / Sat full days for the part-time position).

Please note, a **full manual driver’s license **is required to be successful in this role.
