**Te**kōwhiringa | The Opportunity**

The Downer South division is highly respected and has a great track record for delivering a high standard of work across the country. We are looking for an experienced Mower Operator to provide support within the Rangitīkei District out of our Marton depot. The main responsibility in this role will be to operator a tractor/mower to maintain roadside vegetation.

Please note this is a fixed term role for the duration of the contract season (October - end of April), with the potential to continue with Downer beyond this project. If you're open to exploring other opportunities within our business, this could be the beginning of a longer career with us.

You will be a physically fit and motivated person and will bring with you.- Experience with agricultural equipment highly desirable- Class 1 licence with wheels endorsement required- Enjoy working outdoors and keeping physically fit- Be reliable and hard working- Show commitment to safe work practises- Assist with call-out work as required- Have a positive 'can do' attitude
