Safely and efficiently install and maintain underground services including air, water, dewater and ventilation services. Install and removal of communication equipment and to assist the charge up when required. You will also be required to assist in the watering and scaling of development and production headings and prepare, install, grout and tension cable bolts, as directed by the Underground Shift Supervisor. At all times, display a high degree of professionalism and quality workmanship to ensure that cost effective maintenance and repairs are delivered.

**Operational**:

- consistently install services and ventilation duct etc to an approved standard within the required timeframe as advised by their Services Supervisor

**Safety**:

- Complete Timeout and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) prior to undertaking allocated tasks.
- Reporting all incidents and near misses and workplace hazards.
- Attend PASS and Tool box safety meetings.

Be involved in the development and review/revision of maintenance procedures (SOP) when required.

**Qualifications**:

- No formal qualifications but previous experience in an underground environment would be preferred but not essential.
