Due to internal movement, we need a Produce and Butchery Optimisation Analyst to work as part of the team responsible for leading and executing the Produce and Butchery strategy within Foodstuffs North Island.

**About the Role**

An influencer and trusted partner, as Produce and Butchery Optimisation Analyst you’ll work proactively to identify solutions that enable positive business outcomes. Team objective? Deliver a high performing produce and butchery offering to members and customers

In this role, among other things you’ll:

- Produce daily and weekly metrics, providing recommendations or insights into trends
- Analyse data to drive insights to help make business decisions
- Work with Supply Chain to optimise the value chain process at the Fresh DC and outsourced Produce Hubs across the North Island
- Contribute to the administration and support of the Produce and Butchery divisions

**About You**

Apart from being an awesome human, you’ll be a strong communicator who is process and data driven with an eye for detail.

You’ll have:

- Good knowledge of the operational Supply Chain processes
- Experience working in the value chain with an understanding of the physical movement of product from grower to distribution centre
- Confidence translating numbers for both store and grower
- A firm focus on process improvement and optimisation.

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and reporting software, you’ll of used an ERP system, ideally SAP in a previous role.
