The position of the Integration Developer exists to assist in helping implement our Customer Decision Hub. You'll be working with a small team branching across both Technology and the Business.

**What are the day-to-day tasks the person will complete?**

**What is the tīma culture and environment like?**

We currently have a small tīma but we are growing at a rapid rate We are supportive, open and work collaboratively to create an environment where we can continually develop. The diversity of the tīma allows us to bring our own experiences and strengths together to ensure we are consistently highly performing.

The focus is on CDH integration work, we have multiple channels and data sources that need connecting to. The problem is multiple channel systems and data sources, all different, that require integration with CDH (Customer Decision Hub).

**What is your management style?**

I believe in trust and autonomy. Providing a supportive environment to grow and be your best within your own limitations.

Required skills to know are Bootstrap, Java, Kafka, RESTful APIs and Hadoop.
