We are looking for 2 permanent Cleaners to join our team here at Cleaning Services based at Auckland City Hospital.

We are Te Whatu Ora Te Toka Tumai Auckland. We provide health and disability services to more than half a million people living in central Auckland, regional services for Northland and greater Auckland, and specialist national services for the whole of New Zealand. Our main sites are Auckland City Hospital, Greenlane Clinical Centre and Starship Children’s Hospital, located in central Auckland.

**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**

We are looking for cleaners to be available on a roster with the following shift patterns:
**Saturday-Sunday**:

- Full time Monday-Friday 0630-1500
- Part time Saturday and Sunday - 0630-1500

Please note your availability in the pre-screening questions. Shifts can be accommodated where possible, however we are a 24/7 healthcare provider and may require you to work outside your preferred times.

**Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills**

To be successful in this role, you will:

- have a good understanding of infection prevention
- be generally fit to undertake physical aspects of the role
- be punctual and dependable
- be able to answer phone to manage list of cleaning calls

The following are desired, but not essential as all training will be provided:

- Unit standard achievements or certification for cleaning and/or customer services
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning

The starting hourly rate for this role is $28.63
