Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
Join the Immunisation-Operations team and play a vital role in keeping their programme of work up and running. You'll be supporting them as they engage with communities to ensure equitable access to immunisations, and empower providers on the ground. As Team Coordinator you will actively collaborate and engage with colleagues, both internally and externally, to ensure the team can always achieve a high level of operational capability.
You can make this role your own and enjoy access to mentors in Business Support or have the opportunity to lean into Advisory skills if that appeals. You will be empowered to step up and work on projects that interest you. The Immunisation - Operations team are a friendly bunch who love doing the daily quiz together and celebrating wins.

Your strong communication capabilities allow you to provide great service to the team, at the same time as taking ownership and questioning where needed. You are able to understand complex information in meetings and communicate it clearly. Part of your relationship management skillset is being able to work respectfully with all stakeholders and collaborate to achieve goals and meet deliverables.

**This role requires and/or would benefit from the following**:

- Competency with te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori or a willingness to learn
- Demonstrated ability to effectively organise hui and workshops
- Proven ability to provide strong coordination to a team or programme of work
