We are currently looking for a **Part Time Retail Associate**to join our** Thames**team for this 25 hours per week role.

Starting ASAP - The position is typically covering Saturday, and the rest of the hours to be worked during weekdays. While we can consider school hours, and have some flex on which weekdays are rostered - we do need someone with availability to cover open/closes on occasion if there was leave or staff sickness.

**No optical experience is required**- we provide world class training to ensure you feel supported and confident providing our customers with an exceptional experience.

**Your responsibilities**
- Meeting and greeting customers and providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Processing specialised orders for our customers
- Driving sales through providing customers with informative knowledge on our luxury and cutting-edge products
- Contributing to a positive and fun team culture

**About you**
- Previous retail, sales or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Motivated with a drive to achieve targets.
