They are a tech / SAAS business who have been operating and growing fast since the early 2000’s. They are very good at what they do, what they offer, and of late have added to their service offering which is super exciting for the Marketing team especially.

This is a brand new role within the structure, hence an exciting chance for the right person to make their mark. It has come about due to grow in the business both product / service and team size. This has meant they have an exciting new offering which needs the expertise of this role.

The Digital Education team exist to create skilled and confident customers, who choose to use the company’s digital toolkit to easily self-serve product help in their preferred digital medium. The Digital Education Manager defines and delivers the digital education strategy and leads the planning, development, delivery and maintenance of payroll and HR educational content in various digital channels.

**Ideally you will have**:

- Relevant degree, experience or combination.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Marketing or a related field
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Previous experience in developing a content function within a business ideal.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and implement operational efficiencies.
- Experience leading people ideal

**More about the role / some of the tasks and duties**:

- Regularly seek customer feedback on the content library’s assets to ensure any new needs are identified and prioritised for development.
- Ensure content is accurate with NZ legislation and practices and is regularly reviewed and maintained.
- Seek input from internal and external experts as required.
- Ensure content is easily accessed and usable by company customers, and where appropriate prospective customers.
- Develop other content as required by the business.
- Recommend, develop, maintain and enhance a library of HR (and related) content including templates, checklists, process guides, videos, webinars and other digital content to support our SME customers.
- Recommend optimisations to the online help centre to drive higher customer uptake, and enhanced user experience.
- Support the Knowledge Management Specialist in maintaining and improving the company Operations Knowledge Base and online Help Centre.
- Ensure the Knowledge Base and Help Centre are built out to include relevant content for new products and services to ensure consistency in messaging in all customer support channels.
- Ensure content is clear, concise, accurate and kept up to date.
- Ensure regular communication and reporting is completed for stakeholder engagement and performance optimisation.
