**The Role**:
**Jack of All Trades** As our Specialist Services Team Leader, you’ll wear many hats. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be handling:

- **Machine Floor Scrubs**: Get those floors gleaming
- **High Wall Dusting**: Reach for the skies (literally)
- **Carpet Machines**: Keep things fresh underfoot.
- **Sweeping & Polishing Using Machines**: A little elbow grease goes a long way.
- **Window Cleaning**: Whether manual or water-fed, we’ve got it covered.
- **Strip & Sealing Vinyl Flooring**: Precision work for a polished finish.
- **Water Blasting**: Blast away the grime
- **Working at Heights**: Safety first, always.
- **Trade/Builders Cleans**: Tackle the aftermath of construction.
- **General Cleaning Tasks**: Support the soft services team as needed.

**Hours of work: 40hs/Week - **(specific hours to be discussed during the interview)

- **Team Leadership and Staff Management Experience**: Previous experience as a team leader or working supervisor is valuable. It demonstrates the ability to manage and guide a team effectively.
- **Customer Service Skills**: Effective communication with key stakeholders regarding health and safety (H&S) is essential. Customer service skills play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships.
- **High-Quality Work Standards and Attention to Detail**: Taking pride in work quality and paying attention to detail ensures excellent results.
- **Willingness to Upskill and Attend Training**: A proactive approach to learning and attending training courses is crucial for continuous improvement.
- **Time Management and Communication**: Effective time management and clear communication are essential for meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations.
- **Flexibility and Urgent Job Requests**: Being adaptable and willing to work around urgent requests is valuable in a dynamic work environment.
- **Full New Zealand Driver’s License**: Having a valid driver’s license is necessary, especially if the role involves travel or transportation.
- **Experience with Trailers and Load Securing**: Familiarity with maneuvering trailers and securing loads is beneficial, especially as equipment transport is part of the job.
- **Technical Literacy**: The ability to read technical documents, drawings, and instruction manuals is crucial for understanding and executing tasks accurately.
- **Proficiency in English**: Strong written and oral communication skills in English are necessary for effective collaboration and understanding instructions.
- **Hand-Dexterity and Attention to Detail**: Having good hand-dexterity and an eye for detail is essential, especially if the role involves intricate tasks.
