Do you want to work in a fun team environment where your employer respects you? We are currently seeking a motivated, friendly and efficient team player with a positive pro-active attitude to join our team as a Full Time Sandwich Artist.

The successful applicant will need to be available for shift work Monday-Friday between 6.30am and 2.30pm. This position is for no less than 30 hours per week and we are seeking a team member who is an all round superstar. And guess what? There are no night shifts (Whoo Let’s keep that social life still social).

**We are looking for a store opener Monday-Friday.**
**Hours are 6.30am-2.30pm**

**Our store is not open on Public Holidays or on a Sunday so you will definitely have those days off. Yay**

The successful applicant should possess the following attributes:

- Passion for providing consistent and exceptional customer service
- Effective time management skills and reliability
- Strong organisational skills to work as a team
- Ability to work at a reliable level with a dependable work ethic
- Be able to work with speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in food preparation, catering, retail sales and/or guest service is desirable but not essential because you will receive full training and undertake various University of Subway® courses. What’s more important is being a team member with a sensational sandwich making attitude. If you’re currently working in guest service, in retail as a sales assistant, in a restaurant or perhaps you are studying or have recently graduated and are looking to start a career in the food industry, this could be the perfect opportunity for you

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Sandwich Artist you will serve and add value to guest's needs in an efficient and friendly manner. In this role, you will promote Subway brand awareness and ensure hygiene and food standards are met. As well as;
- Food preparation and Bread Baking
- Ensure food storage and preparation areas are maintained according to Health & Safety standards
- Comply with required Food Standards practices
- Till Operator
- Complete daily and weekly cleaning schedules
- Follow security & safety procedures
- Maintain a safe working environment for team members and guests
- Maintain high personal presentation in the provided uniform to meet the Subway® brand and guest expectations
- Work as a team member in a fast-paced environment.
- Solo opening and Closing of the store and completing Start of Day/ End of Day actions
