**The Job**:

- Craft and serve an extensive range of creative and delicious cocktails, mocktails, and beverages that will tantalize our customers' taste buds while staying compliant with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act.
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Create memorable experiences by delivering prompt and efficient service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages with precision and flair.
- Contribute to the lively atmosphere by engaging in friendly interactions, entertaining guests with your knowledge of the menu, and recommending drink pairings to enhance their dining experience.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and well-organized bar area, restock supplies, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, all while keeping the energy high and the good times flowing.
- Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and organization in the bar and restaurant, including setting up the chairs at the bar and restaurant, to provide a visually appealing and hygienic environment for our guests.
