We know it’s our team members who will make Baby Bunting in New Zealand so special, so we’re looking for diverse and dedicated store team members who, with training and guidance, can provide expert product knowledge to support mums, dads, grandparents, and carers through the early years of parenthood. We’re passionate about creating better experiences every day - for New Zealand parents and for each other.

**Join our family in this role**:
We’re seeking rising stars to join our team as a Retail Sales Assistant. In this role, you'll:

- Connect with and understand the demands of new and expectant parents by providing customer service that goes above and beyond
- Take parents through product features by demonstrating how they work
- Build and maintain a genuine bond with every parent you help
- Stay on top of stock levels around the store
- Be provided with full training to expertly guide parents through our range of car seat models, NZ regulations, and industry guidelinesto find the perfect fit for their needs.
- Be provided with full training to become a certified child restraint technician and install car seats for your customers
- $24.36 per hourly - when certified, additional $3 loading paid when working as child restraint technician.

**Roster**:
Role 1:

- Sun - 10am - 5pm
- Mon - 9am - 5pm
- Tues - 9am
- 5pm
- Wed - 9am - 5pm
- Thus - 9am - 5pm

Role 2:

- Tues - 10am - 5pm
- Wed - 9am - 5pm
- Thurs - 9am
- 5pm
- Fri - 9am - 5pm
- Sat - 9am - 5pm

**What you'll bring to the role**:
You'll
- Understand the needs of expectant and new parents on their path through parenthood
- Expertly guide customers through our range of brands and products
- Work efficiently in a challenging, fast-paced environment
- Ideally have a background in customer service
