**Description**:

- We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Administrator to join the Higgins team on the Kaiwaikawe Wind Farm Project based in Dargaville on a Fixed Term Contract until approx. April 2026.
- The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the project team, ensuring smooth construction delivery. This includes general office administration, sub-contractor and health and safety administration, managing information systems, document control, financial administration support, and raising purchase orders.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Prior administration experience in a construction environment is highly sought after
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ideally you will have experience working in a project environment, encompassing quality and Information Management Systems, data or record management and compliance
- Knowledge of Procore; SharePoint (or similar) would be highly desirable
- Knowledge of JDE would be highly desirable
