In this role you will be responsible for coordinating our front-of-house operations to ensure an exceptional level of customer service to all Library clients.

Based at the Hawke's Bay campus, and working as part of the wider Library and Learning Services Team, you will guide and develop team members in all aspects of circulation, student assistance and customer service.

A recognised professional library qualification or equivalent recent library experience in a similar role essential.
