**About the Employer**
Great opportunity for Builders to work on projects for a family operated business that has been in operation for 35 years. They have a solid and sound reputation for successful delivery of a range of commercial, industrial and poultry building projects for client. This role reports to the Site Supervisor and is based in Wharepapa South.

**About the role**
The role is suited for a high quality BCITO Level 3 or more qualified builder who believes in meticulous planning and building practices. We are also open to Builders that may not be fully qualified but would require you to qualify and/or upskill to grow within the company.

**Responsibilities will include and not limited to**:

- Quality building
- Maintaining H&S standards
- Participation in Toolbox meetings
- Working to meet the deadlines
- Be able to work 40-45 hours a week Monday to Friday
- Committed to safe work practices
- Able to work under pressure

**About the person**
You will be a natural born team player, meticulous with your work, reliable and an excellent work ethic. We are looking for reliability and enthusiasm to deepen our commitment for Waikato region.

**Prerequisites of the role**
- Ideally have at least 5 years of experience on the tools as a Builder or Carpenter
- Ideally have a BCITO Level 3 qualification
- Site Safe
- Be able to work 40-45 hours a week Monday to Friday
- Committed to safe work practices
- Able to work under pressure
- Have reliable transport and be punctual
- Take pride in your work.
