**About the Flexibles Packaging division**

Our Flexibles division provides a vast range of flexible packaging products used for packing beverages, retail and wholesale foods, healthcare products, household products, pet food, and personal care items.

**Job Description**:
As an Account Manager you will be promoting, selling and growing market share of Integrated Packaging products within existing and prospective customers through providing high level of service and a relationship based approach.

**Key Responsibilities of the role**:

- Sell a wide variety of agricultural packaging products while creating value through innovative solutions, continuous improvements, and service
- Understand customers profiles and needs that are unique to the agriculture sector
- Ensure internal and external expectations are managed professionally and ensure accurate communication of information
- Develop long term relationships with existing and potential clients
- Develop and execute Account Management plans
- Ensure that the resources applied to the achievement of sales and operating goals are within the predetermined levels
- Understand customer’s commercial requirements while achieving optimal margin through agreed pricing strategies
- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve sales objectives and targets
- Develop a detailed understanding of the target market and maintain high levels of customer service
- Provide market intel to create and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve both short
- and medium-term objectives of Integrated Packaging.

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful, you will have**:

- Experience in B2B sales environment
- Previous experience in a sales based or account management role
- Strong relationship building skills
- Proven experience in developing new business with existing and prospective clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical skills
