**The Role**
This is a great opportunity to bring your extensive HRIS expertise into a large and complex organisation to truly partner and add value
With multiple touchpoints integrated into the SAP HRIS system inc. payroll, recruitment, organisational and IT set ups - you’ll bring your expertise to lead improvements and implementation, act as the key bridge between vendor relationships and internal teams and help identify new and existing efficiencies to get the best out of the HRIS system for the end user and organisation across different employee touchpoints.
Your previous experience will span across utilising, implementation and maintaining HRIS systems in a large complex environment and you’ll be equally invested in contributing to HR projects through to creating reporting frameworks for HR metrics, HR database maintenance and facilitating user training.

- Proven HRIS experience - SAP SuccessFactors and key Excel skills are essential
- Highly analytical and systematic problem solver
- Strategic thinker with effective influencing skills - ability to understand business needs and work effectively across business leaders
- Strong collaboration and communication skills - creating successful relationships across internal users and vendor partners
