We are looking for sales person well experienced in the automotive industry.

Join our auto parts sales team. You will be responsible for providing accurate and friendly service and building long-lasting relationships with our customer base.

The Automotive Parts Specialist [especially European Makes and Models]
- Should provide the first-class service to walk-in customers and telephone traffic.
- Extremely knowledgeable about automotive products especially BMW, VW, Mercedes Benz, and Audi
- Should be able to accurately answer questions and satisfy customer requirements.
- The Parts Specialist uses a computerized system to identify and locate automotive products within the current inventory or from other sources (such as the internet, vendors, other dealerships, etc.) and arranges for delivery.
- He or she monitors inventory to ensure adequate availability and handles returns.

A strong customer service performance record, and strong computer and internet skills. Effective oral and written skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.
