**About the Role**:

We have an exciting position available for a passionate Product Development Engineer to join our team based in Te Rapa, Hamilton. This position has a key focus on the development of new products and processes for Sealed Air - ANZ.
This role will partner with the Regional Product Technologist, Process Engineers, Business Leaders and Suppliers to identify product and process technology gaps and opportunities with business division innovation pipelines. This role will provide technical and project leadership to ensure the timely completion of business development projects. You will identify and assess new material and process technologies, relative to their viability, ability to drive project deliverables and the resources required to fully develop and commercialize successful product launches.
