We are a dynamic and progressive District at the forefront of innovative health delivery, working with New Zealand’s most culturally diverse populations.
We are seeking a dynamic nursing leader to fill the position of Charge Nurse Manager for our Assessment and Diagnostic Unit at Waitakere Hospital. You will be supported by highly competent and capable staff. You will need to be a Senior Nurse with relevant experience and demonstrable leadership skills. You will have a dynamic and creative approach to nursing and be an excellent communicator. The role requires at least 5 years post registration experience, relevant postgraduate study and preferably experience at charge nurse level.
Commitment to patient-centred care is essential and we are looking for a dynamic leader who enjoys bringing out the best in a team. You will bring a mixture of contemporary nursing knowledge and organisational ability, as well as professional credibility to the inter-disciplinary team.
