We are an independent New Zealand mobile towers and passive infrastructure business. We operate a nationwide portfolio of over 2,350 mobile sites and are responsible for building and densifying our network of mobile towers across New Zealand to enable 5G and future mobile technology rollouts. Our customers are Spark New Zealand, 2degrees and other mobile network providers who install active radio equipment on our towers. Working across New Zealand with a range of stakeholders, landlords and communities, we enable our customers to provide coverage and services to their end users to help unlock New Zealand’s digital potential.

Connexa is owned by Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board (OTPP) as a majority shareholder (83%) and Spark New Zealand Limited retains a 17% interest.

As the System Administrator at Connexa you will be the go-to expert, at the heart of our core systems; managing service requests, handling configuration updates, supporting projects and end-users, system maintenance, and continuous improvement of our systems.

Utilising your strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multi-stakeholder environment; you'll champion user adoption, engage with colleagues at all levels, stay ahead of the curve with the latest system releases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless integration solutions. You’ll be joining a fast-growing team in a newly established company where you’ll play a key role in shaping the ways of working and co-creating the culture.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Primary liaison & user support
- System monitoring and optimisation
- Project support and BAU Activities
- Reporting and data management
- Collaboration and vendor management

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in system administration and integration.
- Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent accreditation is highly desirable but not required.
- Strong Excel skills, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and macros.
- Proficient in SQL, with a key focus on querying databases to improve data quality and perform data analysis.
- Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service, focusing on outcomes and user solutions.
- Ability to translate technical language into plain English for non-technical audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with a proven ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders and users of varying IT knowledge.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to create quality documentation and reports.
