**The Role**

Our exceptional people see everything as an opportunity and are always striving to make more from milk. We have an exciting opportunity for a Reliability Technician to join our busy team on a permanent basis at our Pokeno site and also covers our site in Mangere.

The main focus of this role is to maximise equipment availability, extend equipment life and enable cost effective lubrication/condition monitoring program and maintenance through effective reliability and condition-based strategies. A key responsibility is to ensure equipment runs cost effectively and safely at target rates (and quality) to meet business needs.

Your proven experience in leading, executing and implementing asset care will be key to your success in this role

**Qualification**
- Relevant qualification in mechanical /electrical trades and experience with but not limited to: Developing and maintaining site lubrication & oil analysis programs, Vibration analysis (CAT 2), Thermography, Ultrasonic monitoring

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience in dairy manufacturing environment
- Proven knowledge of food safety and HACCP systems
- Proven experience in leading, executing and implementing asset care
- CRMP & RCM practices
