Corporate and Commercial Lawyer | Christchurch

**Are you looking to take the next step in your legal career? An excellent opportunity has opened up for a corporate/commercial lawyer to join our team.**

The successful applicant will have 3-6 years' PQE corporate and commercial experience and be equally as comfortable working on large sized national and international deals as they are supporting small businesses with growth strategies, raising capital and general corporate advisory.

You will have experience across the breadth of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder arrangements, corporate structuring and capital raising. Commercial experience in drafting and advising on commercial contracts will also be required.

This role will be based in Christchurch, but you will have opportunities to work on files across all our offices, including providing support to our Auckland team as required.
