Kōrero mō te tūranga ' About the role
We're looking for someone skilled at translating strategy to practice, to lead the implementation of our maternal health and early years work programme. This role will work closely with families and providers to implement elements of our Districts' strategic plans and priorities. Some of your duties will include:

- Relationship management
- Contract management
- Performance management
- System design
- Service development Mō tō mātou rōpū ' About our team

The Families and Wellbeing team is located within the Strategy, Planning and Performance (SPP) directorate which is accountable for developing and implementing health system and service strategies across the Capital Coast and Hutt Valley District. We adopt pro-equity approaches to commission integrated care for the people we serve. We use relationships with providers and our communities, system design and other planning and funding levers to transform the health system. Families and Wellbeing is people focused, with a particular responsibility for children and young people, maternity care and population health services. You will be joining a team who is passionate about the work they do, and want to make a real difference within their communities.
