**The Role**

Within the day of a Freight Handler you will assist in branch set up, freight handling and sorting of freight. Along with dealing with any late freight arriving at the depot.

It is imperative you are a honest, reliable, punctual, and fit individual, who thrives working within teams. With a sense of humour, be able to use your initiative and enjoy fast-paced environments.

You will be hardworking, able to tolerate physical/noisy work conditions and can lift heavy items (up to 25kgs)

Hours for this role are **Monday to Friday 7:30am-5:00pm based at our Manukau branch.**

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential
- Physically fit (able to lift up to 25kgs)
- Effective communication skills
- Sound knowledge of local and regional NZ geography
