**The opportunity**

Reporting to the Southern Regional Manager, this role is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Dunedin Branch.

We are looking for a person who enjoys leading and developing a team. You will be a highly motivated individual who takes on the responsibility of branch performance, customer contact, and existing and new business.

The key accountabilities of the role will include but are not limited to the following:

- Sets direction and strategies with a focus on continuous improvement within the department to develop a successful performance platform
- Generate and monitor KPIs, analysing their performance and comparing against set targets and budget.
- Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team that meets agreed objectives and delivers best practice results.
- Ensure your team understands and follows all processes, systems, and policies.
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Maintaining exceptional health and safety, security, and compliance standards

This is an immediate start salaried permanent position working from Monday to Friday 40 hours per week.
